The Westgate City Center will become one of the largest visitor destinations in the Southwest, expected to attract up to 26 million people a year. To accomodate our out of town visitors, the Westgate City Center will feature 5 hotel sites, totalling 1,100 rooms.

The four star 320-room, Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa offers more than 95,000 square feet of meeting & event space in the attached conference center. The project began in 2005 and the hotel was completed in October 2007. Also attached to the property is a 30,000 square foot media center which opened in December 2006 and is the perfect host to trade shows and expositions.

The 149-room Hampton Inn & Suites is now open and just in time for the 2008 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl and Super Bowl XLII, played next door at the University of Phoenix Stadium. Click here to learn more about the hotel. Additional hotels will follow in future phases of the development.
