After a review of the package, by several members of our entertainment team, those entertainers that will be added to the Westgate rotation will be contacted.

Entertainers that are accepted into the rotation will need to complete a W-9 and a Policies and Procedures Agreement which will be mailed to them.

If you are not accepted into the rotation it may be due to the fact that at the current time we already have several groups in our rotation that perform the same genera of music as your group, or that your style of music does not reflect the direction of music that we are looking for at Westgate City Center.

Before completing this process please keep in mind that each group must have their own PA system and enough material for a three hour performance. We do not pay for sound personnel nor do we pay for travel or rooms.
