Local to Arizona, The Deadline covers the greatest rock songs from the 1950s to today. You’ll remember some of these as your favorite songs back in the day, and some will become your new favorites when you hear them Deadline style!
The band’s lineup is as local as it gets. Fourteen‑year‑old lead singer Emily Novicki brings a powerhouse voice far beyond her years, matched by the dynamic vocals and guitar work of Jesse Fox from New River. Mikey Sanchez, the band’s lead guitarist from Desert Foothills, adds the soaring riffs and classic‑rock flair that define their sound. Holding down the low end is Phil Novicki, Emily’s dad and the group’s bassist, while Adam Lakeberg, also from Anthem, drives the band forward with tight, energetic drumming.
