CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled or adjusted within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a fee equal to 25% of the reserved service total.

We offer a 15-minute courtesy grace period for late arrivals. If you anticipate arriving late, please give us a call ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals within the grace period may also result in a shortened appointment to ensure we remain on schedule for the next guest.
No-show appointments may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total and may require a deposit for future bookings. By booking an appointment with Gloss Haus, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
