Johnny’s Chicken & Waffles
Johnny’s Chicken & Waffles is an original concept created by celebrity shareholders Ne-Yo & Chef Crystal Smith. As the name suggests, the restaurant’s signature menu item is a popular brunch food: chicken & waffles. This lunch-dinner hybrid dish is made with crispy & juicy fried chicken paired with fluffy, golden waffles. Johnny’s Chicken & Waffles’ guests will have the option to customize the famed Southern staple with mix-&-match proteins, plain or bacon-flavored waffles, sauces & add-on sides.
Other sweet, savory & satisfyingly good grub includes party starter Cheddar Drop Biscuits with whipped honey butter & strawberry preserves; Hot Skillet Cobbler desserts in apple or peach served with vanilla bean ice cream & salted caramel drizzle; Saints & Sinners Brioche French Toast Log served with either bacon, sunny side eggs & crispy garlic potatoes or berries, whipped topping & chocolate sauce; & The Mac Attack Chicken Sandwich with crispy chicken breast, creamy mac & cheese, bacon, sriracha aioli & a toasted bun.
Guests can also sip on signature drinks designed to share & served in carafes. Individual beverages are also available & served in mason jars. This full-service bar will feature a Ne-Yo signature cocktail, his spin on a strawberry lemonade.
